Dashboard is the first page inside a chatbot. It answers three questions: is the chatbot ready, how is it doing, and does it answer well?

Readiness

The status banner reflects your training state at a glance, from “no knowledge yet” through “training in progress” to “ready”. If anything failed, it points you to the affected content so you can fix and resync.

Key numbers

Cards summarize the chatbot: total links, files, and custom responses it knows, message volume, and the balance of positive and negative feedback. Numbers update live; a training job or a busy day on your site shows up as it happens. For deeper analysis, use Chat History filters, and the account-wide Usage page for quota tracking.

The preview

The chat preview on the Dashboard is your chatbot exactly as visitors get it. Test with real questions after every content or customization change. Answers cite sources, so a wrong answer leads you straight to the content that caused it.

Installation shortcuts

The Dashboard also surfaces your chatbot ID and a copy of the embed snippet. The full set of install options, platform guides, and troubleshooting lives on Install on your website.
