Invite someone

Open Members

In your chatbot’s sidebar under Advanced, open Members.

Send the invite

Enter their email, pick a role, and select Send Invite.

They sign in with the link

The invite email signs them straight in; SiteGPT is passwordless, so there is no account setup step for them.
To change someone’s role, remove them and re-invite with the new role.

Seats and limits

Member seats are counted as unique email addresses across all chatbots you own: Starter includes 1, Growth 4, Scale 10, and Enterprise scales to your team. Inviting the same person to three of your chatbots uses one seat.
