What is a "page" in the context of training limits?
A page represents 2,500 cleaned characters of content from your sources (links, files, documents, etc.). This unified measurement allows you to train your chatbot using any combination of web pages, files, or text content. For example, if you have a 5,000-character document, it counts as 2 pages. All pricing plans now include a pages quota instead of separate limits for links and files.
Is there a limit on number of messages that can be sent?

Does it work on websites that are in other languages than English?
Yes, your website can be in any language, not just English. Chatbot can also answer questions in a different language. You can also ask questions in a different language and the chatbot will be able to answer them.

In every pricing plan, the message limits are written as Upto x messages per month. What does it mean?
GPT-4.1 messages are 10 times costlier than GPT-4.1-mini messages. For example, let's take **$129/mo Growth plan**. In this plan, you get **10k messages per month** if you use **GPT-4.1-mini**. But if you use **GPT-4.1**, then you only get **1k messages per month**. You can also use a combination of both **GPT-4.1-mini** and **GPT-4.1** if you want.
