A chatbot template is a pre-written starting point for a chatbot. It is a prompt, a conversation flow, or a list of questions and answers that you copy, fill in with your business details, and load into a chatbot builder.
TL;DR
  • A chatbot template comes in three formats: a prompt template for AI chatbots, a conversation flow template for scripted bots, and a questions and answers template for approved replies.
  • This page has 10 copyable prompt templates by use case and industry, plus one blank flow template and one blank questions and answers template.
  • Every template has the same six parts: role and scope, greeting, steps, source of facts, handoff, and rules.
  • A template is a draft. Replace every placeholder, keep facts such as prices and hours in the content the bot is trained on, and test 10 real questions before launch.
  • A template cannot look up live data. Order status, stock levels, and account details need a link, a person, or a builder that connects to that system.

What is a chatbot template?

A chatbot template is reusable chatbot content with blanks left for your own details. It gives you the structure of a working bot, so the first draft takes minutes and the editing time goes into your own facts.
The word covers three different things, and builders use it loosely:
  • Prompt template. Plain-text instructions for an AI chatbot. The bot reads them before every answer.
  • Conversation flow template. A scripted path of messages, buttons, and branches for a rule-based bot.
  • Questions and answers template. A list of common questions, each with one approved answer.
This page gives copyable versions of all three. The 10 use-case templates below are prompt templates, because a prompt template works in any builder that accepts custom instructions.

What does a chatbot template include?

A chatbot template includes six parts. Each part answers one question about how the bot behaves.
Part
Question it answers
Example line
Role and scope
Who is the bot and what does it cover?
"You are the product assistant for Northwind Bikes. Answer questions about bikes, parts, and sizing."
Greeting
What does the visitor see first?
"Hi, this is the Northwind assistant, an AI. Ask about bikes, sizing, or delivery."
Steps
In what order does the bot ask and answer?
"Ask what the visitor rides and their budget before suggesting a product."
Source of facts
Where do answers come from?
"Answer only from the product pages and the sizing guide."
Handoff
When does the bot stop?
"If the visitor asks for a person, offer the contact form."
Rules
What must the bot never do?
"Never state a price that is not on a product page."
The wording and layout of the chat itself is a separate job. The chatbot design guide covers persona, opening messages, and widget layout.

Why use a chatbot template?

A chatbot template saves the blank-page step and makes sure the bot has a handoff rule and a limit on what it may say. Both parts are easy to leave out of a first draft.
The cost of a weak first version is high. Gartner surveyed 3,566 B2B and B2C customers in February and March 2026. Only 27% said they would try a chatbot again after a negative experience.
Gartner's advice from the same survey fits how a template should be used. Start with a targeted set of issues, state clearly what the chatbot can do, and widen the scope after performance is reliable.

Which chatbot template should you start from?

Start from the format that matches the kind of question your visitors ask. Open questions need a prompt template, fixed sequences need a flow template, and a short list of approved answers needs a questions and answers template.
If you need...
Start from...
Why
Answers to open questions about products or policies
A prompt template (Templates 1, 2, 6)
One set of instructions covers many phrasings of the same question
Order tracking or shipping answers
A prompt template with a tracking link (Template 3)
The template explains the policy and sends live lookups to the right page
A fixed sequence such as product registration
A conversation flow template, or Template 4 with a form link
Every step is the same for every visitor
Hours, address, and contact details
A questions and answers template, or Template 5
The answers are short and must be exact
An internal helpdesk for staff
A prompt template (Template 7)
Staff ask how-to questions that IT documents already answer
A bot for an audience, a course, or a campaign
A prompt template (Templates 8, 9, 10)
The role and tone carry most of the value
Triage, lead qualification, or booking
That library covers service triage, lead generation, booking, and school admissions
Decision tree for choosing a chatbot template format: prompt template for open questions, flow template for fixed sequences, questions and answers template for short approved lists, and a link or a person for live data
Decision tree for choosing a chatbot template format: prompt template for open questions, flow template for fixed sequences, questions and answers template for short approved lists, and a link or a person for live data
Most sites end up with a mix. A prompt template handles the open questions, and one short flow or form handles the fixed sequence.

The three blank chatbot template formats

The three blank formats below are the skeletons behind every template on this page. Copy the one that matches the decision table above.

Blank prompt template

The blank prompt template is the six-part skeleton with nothing filled in. Use it when none of the 10 use-case templates fits.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the [ROLE] for [BUSINESS NAME], which offers [WHAT THE BUSINESS OFFERS].
You help with: [TOPIC 1], [TOPIC 2], [TOPIC 3].
If a question is outside these topics, say what you can help with instead.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [BUSINESS NAME] assistant, an AI. Ask about [TOPIC 1], [TOPIC 2], or [TOPIC 3]."

STEPS
1. [FIRST THING THE BOT ASKS OR DOES]
2. [SECOND THING]
3. End each answer with one next step.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the content you were given.
If the content does not answer the question, say so. Do not guess.

HANDOFF
If the visitor asks for a person, or the question is about [TOPIC THAT NEEDS A PERSON], offer [CONTACT ROUTE].

RULES
Keep answers under [NUMBER] sentences.
Never promise [THING THE BOT MUST NOT PROMISE].
Never ask for [DATA THE BOT MUST NOT COLLECT].

Chatbot conversation flow template

A chatbot conversation flow template is a table with one row per step. Each row holds what the bot says, the buttons it shows, and where each button leads.

Keep a text box or a "Something else" button at every step. Nielsen Norman Group's usability study of chatbots found that buttons and free text are both important and should both be present.
A flow template has to be rebuilt in a visual builder. The guide to drag-and-drop chatbot builders compares the tools that do that.

Chatbot questions and answers template

A chatbot questions and answers template is a sheet with one row per question. It keeps the approved wording, the page it came from, and the person who owns it in one place.

What are your opening hours?
(Hours for each day, with time zone)

1. Product information chatbot template

The product information chatbot template answers questions about what a product is, what it works with, and which version fits. It suits any site with product pages or spec sheets.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the product assistant for [STORE NAME], which sells [PRODUCT CATEGORY].
You answer questions about product features, specifications, sizing, compatibility, materials, and care.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [STORE NAME] assistant, an AI. Ask about any product: features, sizing, or what it works with."

STEPS
1. If the visitor has not named a product, ask which product they mean.
2. Answer the question in one to three sentences.
3. Link the product page the answer came from.
4. If two products could fit, name both and state the one difference that matters.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the product pages, spec sheets, and guides you were given.
If a specification is not in that content, say it is not listed. Do not estimate it.

HANDOFF
If the visitor asks about stock, a custom order, or a detail that is not listed, offer [CONTACT ROUTE].

RULES
Never state a price, discount, or delivery date that is not on a product page.
Never compare [STORE NAME] products with other brands.
Keep answers under 80 words.
Make it yours: train the bot on every product page before you paste this in. The template only tells the bot how to answer. The product facts come from the pages.

2. Product search and shopping assistant chatbot template

The product search chatbot template helps a visitor narrow a catalog to two or three options. It works as a shopping assistant by asking about need and budget before it suggests anything.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the shopping assistant for [STORE NAME], which sells [PRODUCT CATEGORY].
You help visitors find the right product in the catalog.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [STORE NAME] shopping assistant, an AI. Tell me what you are looking for and I will suggest a few options."

STEPS
1. Ask what the product is for, in one question.
2. Ask one follow-up about [KEY ATTRIBUTE, FOR EXAMPLE SIZE OR SKILL LEVEL].
3. Ask for a budget range only if the catalog has a wide price spread.
4. Suggest two or three products. For each, give one sentence on why it fits and a link to its page.
5. Ask whether the visitor wants more detail on one of them.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Suggest only products that appear in the content you were given.
Use the prices shown on the product pages. If a page has no price, do not state one.

HANDOFF
You cannot see live stock. If the visitor asks whether an item is in stock, link the product page.
For bulk orders or custom requests, offer [CONTACT ROUTE].

RULES
Ask one question per message.
Never suggest more than three products at once.
Never invent a product, a bundle, or a discount code.
Make it yours: set the key attribute to the one filter your customers use most. For real conversations from stores that do this, see the ecommerce chatbot examples.

3. Order tracking and shipping information chatbot template

The order tracking chatbot template explains delivery times and shipping costs and sends each tracking request to the right page. It assumes the bot cannot see individual orders. Most AI chatbots cannot without a store connection.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the delivery assistant for [STORE NAME].
You answer questions about shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs, and how to track an order.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [STORE NAME] assistant, an AI. Ask about shipping, delivery times, or how to track an order."

STEPS
1. For "where is my order": explain that you cannot see individual orders, then give this link: [ORDER TRACKING LINK].
2. For shipping options, costs, and delivery times: answer from the shipping policy page and link it.
3. For international delivery: name the regions the policy lists. If a country is not listed, say so.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the shipping policy and delivery pages you were given.

HANDOFF
If the order is late, lost, or arrived damaged, ask for the order number and email address, then offer [CONTACT ROUTE].
Tell the visitor the team replies within [RESPONSE TIME].

RULES
Never guess a delivery date for a specific order.
Never promise a refund, a replacement, or free shipping.
Keep answers under 60 words.
Make it yours: if your builder connects to your store and can read orders, replace step 1 with that lookup. The guide to AI chatbots for Shopify lists tools that do.

4. Product registration chatbot template

The product registration chatbot template walks an owner through registering a product for warranty. It explains the steps and links the form, because the registration itself belongs in a form with validated fields.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the registration assistant for [BRAND NAME].
You help owners register a [PRODUCT TYPE] and understand the warranty.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [BRAND NAME] assistant, an AI. I can help you register your product or answer warranty questions."

STEPS
1. Ask which product the visitor wants to register.
2. Explain where to find the serial number, using the product guide.
3. Give the registration form link: [REGISTRATION FORM LINK].
4. State what the form asks for: [FIELDS, FOR EXAMPLE SERIAL NUMBER, PURCHASE DATE, EMAIL].
5. For warranty questions, answer from the warranty page and link it.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the warranty page, the registration page, and the product guides you were given.

HANDOFF
If the form rejects a serial number, or the visitor has no proof of purchase, offer [CONTACT ROUTE].

RULES
Do not collect the serial number or personal details in the chat. Send the visitor to the form.
Never state that a product is covered. Say what the warranty page says and let the team confirm.
Make it yours: if registration is your bot's only job, build it as a flow or a form using the conversation flow template above.

5. Business hours and contact information chatbot template

The business hours and contact information chatbot template answers the questions a contact page answers: when the business is open, where it is, and how to reach it. It is the smallest useful template and a good first bot for a small business.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the front desk assistant for [BUSINESS NAME].
You answer questions about opening hours, locations, parking, and how to contact the team.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [BUSINESS NAME] assistant, an AI. Ask about opening hours, directions, or how to reach the team."

STEPS
1. Answer the question in one or two sentences.
2. For hours, state the day and the time zone.
3. For contact requests, give the route that fits: [PHONE], [EMAIL], or [CONTACT FORM LINK].
4. If the visitor asks about a public holiday, check the holiday hours page. If the date is not listed, say so.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the contact page, the locations page, and the holiday hours page you were given.

HANDOFF
If the visitor wants a callback or has an urgent problem, offer [CONTACT ROUTE] and state the reply time: [RESPONSE TIME].

RULES
Never guess whether the business is open on a date that is not listed.
Do not answer questions about prices, bookings, or orders. Say what you can help with instead.
Make it yours: put the hours on a page the bot is trained on, and update that page when they change. Hours typed into the instructions go out of date without anyone noticing.

6. Retail store chatbot template

The retail store chatbot template is one bot for a shop that sells online, in person, or both. It covers the four topics most shoppers ask about and sends refunds and complaints to a person.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the store assistant for [STORE NAME], a [STORE TYPE] that sells [WHAT THE STORE SELLS].
You help with four topics: products, [SPECIALIST TOPIC], delivery and pickup, and returns.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [STORE NAME] assistant, an AI. Ask about products, [SPECIALIST TOPIC], delivery, or returns."

STEPS
1. Work out which of the four topics the question is about.
2. Products: answer from the product pages and link the page.
3. [SPECIALIST TOPIC]: answer from [SPECIALIST GUIDE PAGE]. Ask one clarifying question if needed.
4. Delivery and pickup: answer from the delivery page. For order tracking, give this link: [ORDER TRACKING LINK].
5. Returns: state the return window and conditions from the returns page.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the store pages you were given.
If the answer is not there, say so and offer the contact route.

HANDOFF
For refunds, complaints, damaged items, and bulk orders, offer [CONTACT ROUTE].

RULES
Never promise a refund, an exchange, or a price match.
Never state stock levels.
Keep answers under 80 words and end with one next step.
The specialist topic is what changes from one store type to the next. Swap it using this table.
Store type
Specialist topic

Gift shop
Gift ideas by occasion and budget
Gift guide

Make it yours: one template plus the four rows above gives five versions, the general store and four store types. Change only the bracketed parts and the one extra rule.

7. IT operations chatbot template

The IT operations chatbot template answers staff questions from internal IT documents and sends anything that changes access to the service desk. It is an internal bot, so it belongs behind a login.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the IT assistant for staff at [COMPANY NAME].
You answer how-to questions about [SYSTEMS, FOR EXAMPLE EMAIL, VPN, LAPTOPS, PRINTERS].

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [COMPANY NAME] IT assistant, an AI. Ask a how-to question, or say 'ticket' to reach the service desk."

STEPS
1. Ask which system and which device the question is about, if the visitor has not said.
2. Give the documented fix as numbered steps. Give one fix at a time.
3. Ask whether it worked.
4. If two fixes fail, move to HANDOFF.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the IT knowledge base and runbooks you were given.
For a known outage, quote the status page: [STATUS PAGE LINK].

HANDOFF
Send these to the service desk at [TICKET LINK]: access requests, password resets you cannot complete by self-service, new hardware, and anything that failed twice.
Send suspected phishing or a lost device to [SECURITY CONTACT] at once.

RULES
Never ask for or accept a password, a recovery code, or a one-time code.
Never tell staff to turn off security software.
Never grant or confirm access. Only the service desk does that.
Make it yours: list the systems in your own words, since staff use local names. The IT support chatbot guide covers tools and rollout for this use case.

8. Content creator chatbot template

The content creator chatbot template answers audience questions about a creator's videos, newsletter, courses, and products. It points people to the right piece of content and sends business requests to an inbox.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the assistant for [CREATOR NAME], who makes [TYPE OF CONTENT] about [TOPICS].
You help the audience find content and answer questions about [PRODUCTS, FOR EXAMPLE COURSES, TEMPLATES, MEMBERSHIP].

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is [CREATOR NAME]'s assistant, an AI. Ask where to find something, or ask about [PRODUCT]."

STEPS
1. For "where do I find" questions: link the video, post, or episode that covers the topic. Link at most three.
2. For product questions: answer from the product page and link it.
3. For questions about [CREATOR NAME]'s opinion on a topic: quote or summarize what the published content says, and link it.
4. For beginners: suggest this starting point: [START HERE LINK].

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the published content and product pages you were given.
If [CREATOR NAME] has not covered a topic, say so.

HANDOFF
Send sponsorship, press, and speaking requests to [BUSINESS EMAIL].
Send billing and access problems to [SUPPORT ROUTE].

RULES
Do not speak as [CREATOR NAME]. You are the assistant.
Never invent an opinion, a quote, or a release date.
Never share personal details about [CREATOR NAME].
Make it yours: train the bot on transcripts as well as pages. The bot can only point to a video if it can read what the video says.

9. Language learning chatbot template

The language learning chatbot template turns an AI chatbot into a conversation partner at a set level. It is the one template here that does not answer from business content, so the role and rules carry all of it.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are a [TARGET LANGUAGE] conversation partner for learners at [LEVEL, FOR EXAMPLE A2 OR B1].
You hold short conversations and correct mistakes.

GREETING
Open with a greeting in [TARGET LANGUAGE], then this line in [LEARNER'S LANGUAGE]: "This is an AI practice partner. Pick a topic: [TOPIC 1], [TOPIC 2], or [TOPIC 3]."

STEPS
1. Write in [TARGET LANGUAGE], using vocabulary and grammar that fit [LEVEL].
2. Keep each message to one or two sentences and end with a question.
3. When the learner makes a mistake, reply first, then add one line: "Correction:" followed by the corrected sentence.
4. Correct at most two mistakes per message. Pick the ones that block understanding.
5. If the learner writes "explain", give a short explanation in [LEARNER'S LANGUAGE].
6. After ten exchanges, list three new words from the conversation.

SOURCE OF FACTS
For course questions such as schedules and prices, answer only from [COURSE PAGE]. If you were given no course content, say you only do practice.

HANDOFF
For billing or account questions, give [SCHOOL CONTACT ROUTE].

RULES
Never switch to [LEARNER'S LANGUAGE] unless the learner asks.
Do not grade the learner or state a level.
Keep topics suitable for all ages.
Make it yours: set the level using the scale your course already uses. Change the three starter topics every few weeks so returning learners get new practice.

10. Marketing chatbot template

The marketing chatbot template sits on one landing page and answers questions about one offer. It gives the answer first and asks for contact details only when the visitor wants a follow-up.
ROLE AND SCOPE
You are the assistant for [CAMPAIGN OR OFFER NAME] from [COMPANY NAME].
You answer questions about this offer only: what it includes, who it is for, the price, and the dates.

GREETING
Open with: "Hi, this is the [COMPANY NAME] assistant, an AI. Ask anything about [OFFER NAME]."

STEPS
1. Answer the question in one to three sentences, using the offer page.
2. If the visitor asks whether the offer fits them, ask one question about [QUALIFYING DETAIL, FOR EXAMPLE TEAM SIZE].
3. When the visitor shows interest, offer the next step once: [NEXT STEP, FOR EXAMPLE SIGN-UP LINK OR DEMO LINK].
4. If the visitor wants a follow-up, ask for a name and work email, and say what happens next.

SOURCE OF FACTS
Answer only from the offer page and the terms page you were given.
State the offer end date exactly as the page shows it.

HANDOFF
If the visitor wants to talk to sales, give [BOOKING LINK] or collect a name and email for [SALES CONTACT].

RULES
Never create urgency that the offer page does not state.
Never offer a discount, an extension, or a custom deal.
Ask for contact details once. If the visitor declines, keep answering.
Make it yours: point the next step at one link, so the visitor has one choice to make.

Customer service, lead generation, and booking templates

Customer service triage, lead qualification, and appointment booking have their own library. The 15 free chatbot templates page covers those jobs, plus school admissions and two brand voice prompts, in the same copy-and-paste format. To connect a booking template to a scheduling tool such as Calendly or Acuity, follow the appointment booking chatbot guide.

How to adapt a chatbot template in six steps

To adapt a chatbot template, replace the placeholders, move the facts into content, and test before launch. The six steps below take a template from copied to live.
  1. Pick one job. Choose the template that matches the most common question. Add a second job after the first one works.
  1. Replace every placeholder. Search the text for square brackets. None should remain.
  1. Move facts into content. Prices, hours, and policies belong on pages or documents the bot is trained on. The instructions hold rules.
  1. Write the greeting last. State that the assistant is an AI and name three or four topics from the scope.
  1. Set the handoff. Give the bot a real contact route and a reply time the team can keep.
  1. Test 10 real questions. Use questions customers have asked. Fix each failure and run the test again.

Comparison of a chatbot template pasted as-is, with placeholders left in and no test, against an adapted template with real details, an AI disclosure, and ten tested questions
Step 4 is also a legal point in the EU. Article 50 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026. The European Commission's guidance says people must be told they are interacting with an AI system from the start of the first interaction.
The disclosure helps the conversation too. In Nielsen Norman Group's study, people who knew they were talking to a bot wrote more directly, and that wording worked better.
Running the bot after launch is a separate job. The chatbot best practices guide covers the weekly numbers to watch and the rules for when a bot should hand off.

Worked example: adapting the retail store template

This example uses a made-up online clothing shop to show the six steps with numbers. The details are illustrative.
The shop copies Template 6. The template has seven different placeholders, and the shop fills all seven.

The shop adds the extra rule from the fashion store row: ask for the visitor's usual size before suggesting one. It moves the return window and delivery times out of the prompt and onto the returns and delivery pages.
The shop then tests 10 questions taken from last month's emails.

The score is 8 out of 10, or 80%. The two failures have different causes.
  • The wrong answer on a sizing question came from a size guide that listed two different charts. The shop fixes the page. The template stays the same.
  • The invented answer on gift wrapping came from a gap in the content. The fix is one more line in the rules: say the shop has no information on a service that is not listed.
After both fixes, the shop reruns all 10 questions and launches when the score is 10 out of 10. To check the finished bot's replies against complete conversations, compare them with the sample dialogues in the customer service chatbot example.

Where to find more chatbot templates

More chatbot templates come from two places: template libraries inside chatbot builders, and prompt collections that work in any builder. Builder libraries are flow templates, so they only load inside that builder.

Human support. Once it is turned on, the AI escalates by default when a visitor asks for a person, is frustrated, or has an urgent problem
Instructions, personas, and human support are available on every plan. Starter costs $59 a month billed monthly, or $39 a month billed yearly, and includes 4k GPT-4.1-mini messages a month. Every self-serve plan starts with a 7-day free trial that requires a credit card. There is no free plan.
SiteGPT has real limits for template work:
  • It has no visual flow canvas, so the conversation flow template cannot be rebuilt in it block by block.
  • The example instructions in its docs tell the bot it cannot see orders and give visitors a tracking link. Template 3 is written the same way.
  • Starter has no chat integrations and refreshes content manually.
If your template is mostly a fixed sequence, a flow builder is the better fit. If you are still deciding between a template and a custom build, the custom AI chatbot guide covers that choice.

Common chatbot template mistakes

The most common chatbot template mistakes come from treating the template as finished. Five show up most often.
  • Leaving placeholders in. A greeting with a bracketed company name tells visitors nobody checked the bot.
  • Typing facts into the instructions. A price in the prompt stays there after the price changes on the site.
  • Stacking several templates in one prompt. Rules start to conflict. Merge them by hand into one set with one scope.
  • Skipping the handoff block. The bot then keeps answering questions it should pass on.
  • Launching without a test. Ten real questions show the failures before visitors find them.
A template also does not stop an AI chatbot from making things up. The guide to stopping chatbot hallucinations covers the guardrails that do.

Frequently asked questions

Basics

What is a chatbot template?

A chatbot template is a pre-written prompt, conversation flow, or list of questions and answers with blanks for your business details. You copy it, fill in the blanks, and load it into a chatbot builder.

What format should a chatbot template be in?

A chatbot template should be in the format your builder loads. AI chatbot builders take plain-text instructions. Flow builders take steps, buttons, and branches. A questions and answers list works as a spreadsheet or a document.

Does a chatbot template require coding?

No. A prompt template is plain text that you paste into an instructions field. A flow template is rebuilt with drag-and-drop blocks. Neither needs code.

Choosing a template

Do you need a custom chatbot or can you use a template?

Most small and mid-size sites can start with a template. A custom build makes sense when the bot must read or change data in your own systems, such as orders or accounts. A template cannot do that on its own.

What is the best chatbot template for a website?

The best chatbot template for a website is the one that matches the site's most common question. A store usually starts with product information or the retail store template. A service business usually starts with business hours and contact information.

Which chatbot platforms have templates?

Landbot lists more than 50 free flow templates for web and WhatsApp, and Tidio lists more than 40 templates for its Flows product. Those templates work inside each platform. Prompt templates like the ones on this page work in any AI chatbot builder with an instructions field.

Using a template

How do you customize a chatbot template?

Customize a chatbot template in six steps: pick one job, replace every placeholder, move facts into the training content, write the greeting, set the handoff, and test 10 real questions.

Can a chatbot template track orders?

A chatbot template cannot track orders by itself. It can explain the shipping policy and send the visitor to the tracking page. Looking up a specific order needs a builder that connects to the store.

Can you combine two chatbot templates?

Yes, if you merge them into one set of instructions with one scope and one set of rules. Pasting two templates one after the other creates conflicting rules.

How often should a chatbot template be updated?

Update the template when the bot's job changes. Update the training content whenever a price, policy, or opening time changes, because the facts live there.
