# Usage

> Track messages, pages, chatbots, and team seats against your plan.

The **Usage** page (top navigation) shows where your account stands against
its plan quotas, so surprises never come from the chatbot going quiet.

## What you see

* **Messages**: how many chatbot answers you have used this cycle, tracked
  separately for GPT-4.1 Mini and GPT-4.1. The model each chatbot uses is
  set in [model settings](/docs/customize/model-and-behavior).
* **Pages**: trained content across all chatbots, where one page is 2,500
  cleaned characters. See [pages quota](/docs/features/pages-quota).
* **Chatbots** and **team members** against your plan's limits.
* **Usage history**: a month-by-month chart of message consumption, with
  your quota drawn as a reference line, so you can see trends and seasonal
  spikes before they bite.

## When you are close to a limit

* Messages: upgrade, add a message pack from **Billing**, or cap runaway
  conversations with **Limit Messages Per Conversation** in
  [model settings](/docs/customize/model-and-behavior).
* Pages: trim unused content or upgrade. See
  [pages quota](/docs/features/pages-quota) for a cleanup checklist.
