# Profile

> Your account identity: name, avatar, and sign-in email.

Open **Profile** from the top navigation (or the **My Account** menu) to
manage your account identity.

* **Name** and **avatar** appear in the dashboard and to teammates on shared
  chatbots.
* **Email** is how you sign in. SiteGPT uses email links instead of
  passwords, so this address receives your sign-in links, billing receipts,
  and account notifications.

To change the account email, contact
[support@sitegpt.ai](mailto:support@sitegpt.ai) from the current address so
we can verify the request.
